How to upgrade/downgrade your service
In this article, we will learn how to upgrade/downgrade our service with WitherHosting!
You can't upgrade/downgrade your service if you have an active Unpaid invoice for that service.
Step 1: For upgrading or downgrading your service you need to first click here. You may need to login into the billing panel if you haven't already.
Step 2: Now choose the service you want to Upgrade or Downgrade, in our case it is Dev Plan - 4 GB Ram.

Step 3: Click Upgrade / Downgrade button present under the Actions section.

Step 4: Once you click that, you will land at a page where you can choose what you want to upgrade/downgrade to.
In case you are upgrading, you will be given an invoice to pay the extra amount it costs for the service, and your service will then perform it's upgrade.
If you are downgrading your service then you will get Credits in your account depending upon how many days you used your current plan, For example: If you paid for your server last time before 15 days then there are chances you will get fewer credits depending on to what plan you downgrade.
Credits can be used for paying for your next invoice or purchasing a new service from it.
Step 5: Once you are done selecting the new package you want to upgrade/downgrade to you can click on the Choose Product button and pay for the left amount if you are upgrading and if you are downgrading then you will get your credits in your account which you can use for discount in your next invoice/next month service charge.
Remember, if you're upgrading, only after you pay the invoice, the upgrade will take place.
